I have been following Weight Watchers Simply Filling which used to be called the core program.
This week I'm down -2.4 lbs for a total from my highest of 25 lbs :)
Today I ended up walking for over 2 hours. I got off of the bus early to walk to a meeting then I walked to meet up with my walking group.
Breakfast: cornmeal waffle, peach and 1 tsp maple syrup (0pp) Simply Filling
Took to eat on the go: leftover mini meatloaf, veggies, light yogurt with a peach, banana 2pp for the meatloaf the rest is Simply Filling
Dinner: salad, lean hamburger ff cheese slice, tomato, onion, kimchi, salsa, 2 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sugar free chocolate pudding with cherries 1pp for the pudding the rest is Simply Filling
