I may be crazy but Ralph and I biked to the bbq today. Took 30 very hot minutes there and back but I'm glad we did.
I knew what they were serving for lunch so I planned in advance :) I had a fantastic bbq'd veggie burger (no bun), took some veggies, light cheese, kimchi and an apple. Hit the spot and kept me away from the mini bags of chips and the cake.
So much fun today. I lost at the water balloon toss and the egg on a spoon race but had fun doing them. I was hoping to participate in kickball but they decided it was too hot and it's going to happen on Friday when I'm working :( Oh well.
Breakfast: Suzi McMuffin with crumbled homemade breakfast sausage, ff cheese slice, tomato, lettuce, egg and a peach Simply Filling
Lunch: vegetarian burger, veggies, light cheese, kimchi and an apple 2pp for the cheese the rest Simply Filling
Dinner: Salad, a little leftover pork tenderloin and lean ham, peach, 2 tsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar Simply Filling
