I've been doing the Simply Filling with weight watchers online this week and today I was happy to see a -5.2 loss :)
I wasn't sure what I was going to be doing today so this morning I went out on a 50 minute walk.
Little did I know that later I'd be riding my bike to and from my daughters house which took a total of 82 minutes. There were a lot of hills too.
I honestly can't believe how far I've come with my bike riding this year and I love it!
I've been working on the new recipe blog which has been a lot of fun.
