I actually did a short before shower workout :)
Then I had coffee (of course), breakfast, lots of water and then did another beginner workout.
Put a red lentil soup with spinach and coconut milk! The smell in the house was amazing.
I was going to go into the woods for a walk but it's really icy so I decided to lasso Ralph and go for a shorter walk. Turned out to be a beautifully sunny day.
Received some bad news today. My mother who lives in England fell and broke both her ankle and shoulder!! Sending speedy healing wishes her way.

So sorry about your Momma! I don't even know what you do about a broken shoulder other than to wear an arm brace?
Your eats are delicious - I love the idea of your potato nachos!
Your breakfast looks awesome. It's something I could eat all the time.
I'm sorry about your mama. I hope she heals fast. Mine fell this past winter and broke her collar bone. She healed fast and is just about as good as she was.
Keep taking care of yourself. Blessings!!
Poor Mom! I was glad to read that it wasn't her hip, though. I'm sure it's hard to be so far away when you get news like that. Love the snow cowgirl! Lol
Sorry to hear about your Mother's accident! Do hope she will recover comfortably.
Love your breakfast... and I love coconut milk in soup, too.
