Just a walking fool :)

I had a meeting to go to this morning and even though it was raining a bit I got off of the bus early and got a 25 minute walk in :)

After the meeting I met up with Jen at Starbucks for a coffee.

Then it was a walk to meet up with my walking group. Another 25 minute walk to get there.

Once I was at the walking centre I walked for another 50 minutes.

Wow 100 + minutes of walking in today :)

Today's nosh:

Breakfast: An egg McSuzi on a flat bun with an orange and 5% cream for coffee 8 points

Lunch on the run: leftover Indian spiced curry mango quinoa 7 points

Dinner: Spaghetti and meat sauce 8 points

Snacks: syrup for coffee at starbucks, cheese stick 3 points

Total points used: 26 points
Weekly points used: 0
Weekly point balance: 40
Water: 9 cups
Exercise: 100+ minutes

Wow! You are the champion walking machine. I bow to your superior walking skills, and am humbled to post on your blog. I cannot compete with the Queen of the Walk. And you got nice nosh too;)

Queen :) Well I do have an English accent!! And yep my nosh is pretty good most of the time.
I think we might have a friendly walking competition going on this year!
