Just sailing along :)

Today's saying: Love it!

O.k. So you had a bad day.
Don't beat yourself up over it, but don't let one bad decision send you spiralling out of control.
Grab those running shoes and get back into it.
Get back to making decisions that improve your health and your happiness.
YOU ARE WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE!

This week has been a great week so far!! I'm doing everything to make sure the rest of the week is just as good :)

Started out this morning with another quick workout I did lunges instead of plie squats today.

After that it was off to the grocery store to pick up a few things that I needed.

Back home for lunch and then it was time to get ready for work. March break starts today so I think we'll probably be busy today and quiet tomorrow but we'll see.

After lunch I also did another workout:

Did this 2 times and got some great stretching in afterwards.

Today's nosh:

Breakfast: pumpkin cranberry pancakes (which were just oats/egg whites/pumpkin/cranberry/spices/sweetener) and since I had no sf syrup I made a warm berry sauce 6 points

Lunch: baby kale salad with cheese, spicy black bean salad and dressing, banana 5 points

Snack: cranberry nibbler mix 3 points

At work: Blue menu Italian lasagna 9 points

After work: glass of wine 7 points

Total points used: 30
Weekly points used: 4
Weekly point balance: 41
Water: 9 cups
Exercise: quick morning wake up workout, full body workout
Steps etc:

We have had snow and more snow today but I did get out and walk. Starting Monday going to work on 10,000 steps a day. Also getting in 100 oz of water each day. My new challenge for the week. The new recipe, I didn't do so good there, didn't really do any good for me cooking this week. A new week coming with some new challenges to work on.
Take care and have a blessed weekend.
