Another crazy day at work!

Today's saying: Success is a state of mind. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success!!

Last night at work was crazy!! So busy. I can't remember the last time I ran around like that. I hope tonight is busy but not too busy :)  By the time I came home last night I was totally wiped out.

I took today as a rest day from exercise. Back to it tomorrow.

Today's nosh:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, an orange and 5% cream for coffee 7 points

Lunch: leftover Indian spiced red lentil soup, slaw with added veggies and light dressing 8 points

Snack: banana and 1 tbsp peanut butter and a couple of dark chips 3 points

Dinner at work: blue menu chicken tikka masala 7 points

Total points used: 25
Weekly points used: 0
Weekly point balance: 41
Water: 6 cups
Exercise: none

Your breakfast nosh is totally noshsome! If I managed to walk as many steps as you manage each day I'd be at maintenance. Keep posting, you give me hope that I can reach goal sooner than later:)

The Indian soup looks really good! And your breakfast has made me hungry for an orange!

I really think I have to get a pedometer to check my steps. Over 12000 is great! As Marc said, the breakfast picture is so yummy looking!

12,000 steps would count as exercise for me. You are doing great!

That is a great snack idea. I am going to be "stealing" your WW food ideas! I'm allowed 35 points right now, so it's very doable. I'm not looking forward to going down in points. That's the only downside to losing the weight! Do you know what the lowest number of points is?

Divad the minimum points are 26 which is what I get! I also use some of my weeklies but I usually don't use my activity points. Feel free borrow any ideas :)
