I was determined that I was going to get over 10,000 steps today and one way to make sure of that is to get a great walk in or maybe two :)
So as soon as I had a coffee and breakfast and a huge glass of water I was ready to go out. I knew I had to get it done in the morning because I had a meeting to go to this afternoon. I may not get as many steps in when I'm walking in deeper snow but I work twice as hard :)
I also did the quick before shower workout again. I'm going to see how many days in a row I can do that.
Forgot my daily saying yesterday! Here's today's: It's not easy but it's worth it!! Now repeat that everyday!
Breakfast: Breakfast wrap made with a low carb tortilla, 1/4c egg substitute, very lean ham, 15g light shredded cheddar, orange and 5% cream for coffee = 6 points
Snack: frozen Greek yogurt smoothie with 1 tbsp home made chocolate sauce = 3 points
Dinner: big salad with breaded shrimp and avocado dressing = 6 points
Snack: skinny hazelnut macchiato = 3 points
light beer = 4 points
Total points used: 26 points
Weekly points used: 0
Weekly point balance: 45
Water: 9 cups so far
Exercise: quick workout first thing in the morning, 50 minute walk in the woods, 30 minute walk to a meeting
