First workout done!

I may not be 100% on plan this week but I'm pulling myself up on the wagon :)

Today I did the first of 2 weight workouts that was my challenge for this week.

bicep curls
chest presses
shoulder presses
tricep extentions
shoulder shrugs
and lunges

I did them all slowly making sure I had good form.

Julie, Holly, Biz, MaryFran, Karla (hope I haven't missed anyone) have you planned your 2 workouts this week?? Please share if you've already accomplished a workout.

Today was also bingo day where I volunteer and I had a blast today. In case you're wondering I did have one of the cupcakes as well.

Those cupcakes are adorable! Love the bright, pretty pink. Good girl for pulling yourself back up. That's what matters!

I have my first weight/toning workout in also. I did zumba sentao the other night. Pushups, tripcip dips, etc until my muscles were quivering...yup....toning/weight workout one done! :-)

You are doing awesome.
I too got my work out in today. About the same as yours except no lunges and I did a few push-ups, crunches and 2 miles on the trail in the snow.
It was by no means a fast workout because I have such a bad head cold but I still got it done. Planning my next workout on Friday but this one will be a quicker one and hopefully I can push a bit more.
