Back to work!

The weather today is just as bad as yesterday :(

Oh well at least I didn't have far to go! I live just a couple minutes away from where I work and since we don't have a car it's a good thing.

I did have to go to the bank, pay some bills, pick up some groceries all before I got ready for work. Yes Friday's are definitely one of my busier days. It's also really busy at work. Makes for lots of steps on my Fitbit.


Today's nosh:

Breakfast: Peanut butter banana french toast, sugar free maple syrup and 5% cream for coffee

Lunch: Smoothie made with almond breeze, Jillian Michaels vanilla protein, pineapple and spinach. Kashi granola bar, low carb tortilla made into chips

At work: veggies, light cheese, yoghurt with berries and low fat granola

After dinner: glass of wine

Water: 8 cups
Exercise: none

I swear to everything holy, I read this post and saw the food pics and my stomach started to growl.
