Not stopping!

Out for another work out today! Completed Week 5 Day 3 of the C25K. Another great day to be out. I also danced and hoola hooped on my Wii Fit for 30 minutes :)

There was a banana and another clementine here :)

Sounds like you had a good day. I suddenly have a craving for a clementine. In your picture it looks so refreshing!

Sweet potato squash, some lean pork cooked with onion and light low sodium mushroom soup. It's use what's in the cupboard and freezer time. Still staying on plan :)

That's so awesome. I love being outside in the winter but my asthma does not tolerate cold air at all :(

The snow is so very pretty! I thought the squash was a grilled hot dog bun with syrup over it. LOL I was like... okay, whatever you like! :) Glad you explained (and someone else was way smarter than me. hehe).
